Outsurance avoiding to Pay R400

On the 28th of October I phoned outsurance to try beat a Quote I had.
They proceeded to quote me a HUGE premium, which they lowered when I told them Renasa had come in 50% cheaper on the vehicle quote. The consultant then told me to call back the following month after I had my Active insurance and vehicle.
I called in today and to my surprise I was informed of the array of T&C's and reasons why they can't pay.
The advertisement is misleading and ambiguous.

My policy inception is 10 days before my quote from Outsurance and they can't beat the premium.
I will be logging a case with the Advertising Standards Authority of South Africa, and advising my friends and family not to use Outsurance.
