Horrible Service received!!!

Hollard are pathetic! We were supposed to bury my grand mother on Friday 7 February and they did not pay out the money. They said they would pay us, but they didn't! How the are we supposed to do this? My grandmother is already dead for a week and we struggle! They advertise they will pay out within a 48 hours! They now want the morgue report which will only be available in three months time! I hope this will show what I think of their service!
