Premium increase by more than 40%

I have a policy with Virgin insurance for more than 2 years. In December my premium was increase from around R2300 to R3400. Yesterday I decided to call them and find out why my premium went up by so much and they told me that it because of the annual review and my other sin was that I claimed for hail damage. Everything else that they told me was neither here nor there. If they don't review this increase I'm taking my business to people who need my business
