Got money now I'm left hanging

About a year and a half ago I applied for vehicle financing which I was denied because of an arrear account with Markhams. Knowing I don't owe Markams a cent, I contacted Markams and found that it was an outstanding amount with Pienaar Sithole that I was NEVER NOTIFIED of. Never the less paid the amount owing in full that same day, and was promised by Pienaar Sithole that my name would be cleared within a month. Now, A YEAR AND A HALF LATER, I apply for home financing only to hear I have been denied 'cause of Markhams. Phone Markams and hear that they have not received the necessary paperwork from Pienaar Sithole in order to clear my name! Now I've been TRYING REAL HARD to contact them to no avail the past three days so I can clear my name. The phone only rings... NO ANSWER!!! HOW PROFESSIONAL!!! I will NOT lose this house because Pienaar Sithole can't perform menial tasks, such as sending a letter that they've already been paid to do!!! It's funny what lengths a person needs to go to before people start doing what they ought to from the start! And you probably don't even feel ashamed.
