NON PAYMENT OF MONIES OWED

I engaged the services of Just Letting to lease a property in own. The property was leased to the tenant at the beginning of January 2014. The tenant paid the necessary funds to Just Letting and they were supposed to pay me the balance less their commission. I received an email confirmation from their Agent / Representative, Weslee on the 7 Jan 2014 stating that I will receive R654.20 shortly but this did not take place. I made numerous follow up calls and sent emails to many people with that company but to date have still not received my money or any feedback. They are just not interested in rendering a proper service to their customers. I was promised a call from their Regional Manager, Dave by his PA more then 2 weeks ago. They also refuse to give me the contact details of the MD / Owner, John Roberts. The Branch Manager, Tammy doesn't take my calls or reply to my text messages. I received a statement attached to an email from them on 20 Jan 2014 without any explanation or message on the mail. The statement shows no monies owed to me. I responded to their email querying this and have not had a response as yet.
