Driving from Cape Town to Grabouw, car broke down in Somerset West. Phoned outsurance and Avril returned my call. Once she made contact with me she followed the recovery event from the start all the way until myself and my car was delivered to my doorstep at home. Even after I arrived home she called me again to reassure me of FREE service and it NOT affecting my out bonus. She made me feel at ease and relaxed through out the entire ordeal. Avril I think going the extra mile does not compliment you enough, but from the bottom of my heart a great big thank you.
I hope that your boss realizes what a gem you are.
