Costs vs Service Quality

Before dealing with this company ensure that you obtain a quote for their services upfront.

The quality of service raised concerns. I did further research and found that other large companies incl. Sanlam charge half the fees of this company and provide much better service and actually gets the job done. When I requested Counterstrike Consulting to justify the costs I was told my request is unethical and if I do not pay immediately the costs will increase substantially.

I opted to pay the supplier and settle my account since I cannot afford more expenses (legal fees, time wasted, etc). It is water down the drain but I learned a valuable lesson, ask upfront for the costs/estimate and if possible it should be a fixed fee.
