My husband went and settled my Game account in September 2012. My husband asked the cashier if there will be service fees, or if he should close the account, to which the teller replied, he does not have to worry, the balance is .00 therefore no service fees will be added. The printout of the slip shows .00 balance outstanding.

Last night (6 months later) I receive a call from RCS to say that I need to settle all the service fees that has been accumulated over the past few months. This is blatant exploitation of the consumer. Game staff does not inform consumers of the added costs when you go in store to settle the account, then for months afterwards do not inform them in any way (via sms, phone call or statement) of the outstanding costs and pocket all the extra fees as they accumulate and insist on it 6 months later.
