YOUR SMS of 5/3/2013 refers. Attached hereto is a notice to the effect that the relevant amount of R150.16 has been paid. This payment was however made under protest. I called in January to cancel services, but was not cancelled. I visited your branch at GEZINA on 25/2/2013 with regard to costs as set out on pages 2 and 3 on my account for February and they stopped the relevant services on my behalf as well as a request for credit in respect of those costs. On 26/2/2013 at 16:23 I received a SMS FROM YOU that reads as follows: "Your Credits Required has been successfully completed. Contact 0861232424 for further assistance". In view of this I was under the impression that credit for R 150 was awarded for the costs as indicated pages 2 and 3 on the account. To this day I have no clue in respect of what these costs are. I phoned you on many occasions without success. PLEASE ADVISE ME what these costs are and when I ASKED for these services and also HOW I BENEFIT from it. YOU also closed my access to my account on internet without prior notice to the effect. WHY?? PLEASE provide me credit for the costs "services" as promised with my branch visit.
