WEBISTE ERRORS WHILE TRYING TO REGISTER ONLINE

I have been unable to successfully register online for the past week. I keep getting errors before can be completed. When I try and track my registration status- response received is that thereis no record of registration being done, although an email received states my application was received on 08 January and in progress, Please can I urgently know what is going on.
