Promise not kept

This bank has not kept its promise!! For two years I am requesting the documents I supposedly signed as surety a few years ago. Each time I visit the branch they put me online with the call centre who promises to send it to me via email. My last visit being the 01/02 and I was assured that the contract will be sent to me by the 4/2/2014. Today is the 5th and guess what no contract again! This is awful service, which leaves me with no choice but to approach the Ombudsman! I'm tired of being apologised to but my request not being attended to. I just wish you could take your clients more seriously and stop giving us bull.
