Standard Bank may have cost me my degree

In 2014 I am meant to complete my LLB degree. Due to difficulties with my funding, I applied for a student loan with Std Bank at the beginning of December 2013. I supplied them with all documents they asked for but evrytime I went there, they would give me an additional list of more documents to bring and I obliged evrytym until they were satisfied in early January 2014.

I was then told they would send the agreement to their JHB branch, by overnight courier, for my surety to sign there, after which I would be called in to sign for the transfer of funds.

Instead of overnight, the documents took over two weeks to reach the JHB branch. My surety holder was never called but had to start visiting the branch regularly until conveniently the documents had finally arrived on one such visit.

It took another week for the documents to get back to East London where I expected to sign for the funds to be transferred. When I got to the bank however, to my horror I was told the deadline for the documents completion has expired and the entire process has to start from scratch.

I have to register at varsity in a few weeks and bcoz of the banks negligence, I still dont have funds to study.
