I had a problem with my cheque account, and after numerous attempts to sort it out through the call center, i finally decided to go to my branch. Delilha Zaki was friendly, professional and efficient and managed to sort out my problem faster than i had anticipated. I Just wish all my banking experiences will be this good in the future.
