No Service at all

I have send through a mail for Mr Robinson on the 11/11/2013. I followed up if he received my documents ans requested and he confirmed receipt of documents and told me that he will come back to me. After a few days I followed up again he said he's very busy and will come back to me as soon as possible. I tried again after a week but he wasn't in at that moment so I left a message. Up till today which is the 05/02/2014 I haven't heard from him at all. One guy I left a message with told me that he will come back to me in 3 months. I then decided in December to cancel this policy so I did not leave any money for them to deduct. Today after receiving the first notice that my debit did not go of I phoned the number provided on the sms, and still bad service I was transferred to 3 different people who could not assist me by logging a complaint cause that was why I decided not to go with the plan anymore in the first place. The last person asked me my cell number and policy number and told me she will phone back. Nothing happened no phone call at all. I WONT ADVISE ANY ONE TO TAKE A PLAN WITH YOU CAUSE THERE IS NO SERVICE AT ALL AND I HAD THE HIGHEST PACKAGE.
