Didn't call as promised

We got a call over 5 months ago from an Liberty that my ex husband who passed away in 2002 left a policy for my 4 children which has matured. this person did not leave contact details. When we called liberty we were told the policy is not reflected on their system. The same person by the name of Sphiwe Zondi called my daughter, during the last week of October 2013 and left a voice message to call her back. However the message was not clear we couldn't pick up the full phone number but we could pick up her name. Using the name we called liberty and tried to trace her with no success until last week when we were transferred to a Sphiwe Zondi who told us there is another Sphiwe Zondi who she thinks is the person that we are looking for. She gave us her contact number which I phoned on 08 Nov 2013 and it was answered by Daniel Masinga who told me Sphiwe Zondi left the company at the end of October 2013 and that he took over Sphiwe's portfolio. After I explained my situation he took my and my daughter's contact details. He said he will investigate and call us on Monday 11 Nov 2013. Today it's 13 November 2013 he hasn't called us back. The airtime to call is costly and the inconvenience
