I would like to extend my gratitude for the satisfactory service Nomzamo Nkukhu rendered to my Aunt and I . What a kind, friendly and efficient employee. She went an extra mile to assist us, because my Aunt had a lot of queries regarding her account - but she (Nomzamo) was very patient and answered every question in detail, which gave us a lot of clarity.
