Bond registration attorneys very unprofessional

I was not welcomed on arrival at their offices (even though I made an appointment to be there today at 12h30). Instead, I was questioned twice, by two different people, including the lady who was supposed to meet me - about who I am and why I am there. Nazlie, I assume is who I was dealing with, just gave me a fee statement and told me that they expect clients to settle payment on the day they come in to sign bond documents or else make an arrangement! I was not given prior notice of this! The documents I was expected to sign had an incorrect address! There was a thick stack of papers to sign without being given a chance to read them prior to signing! Why were they not emailed to me before so that I can make sure I understand what I will be signing? G. Davids Attorneys, as your bond registering lawyers are the most unprofessional law firm I have ever had to deal with! They missed my instruction to ABSA and claimed that I never sumitted anything to accept the home loan quote from ABSA. When they initially contacted me, they called my cellphone at 16h50 and 16h51. Then promptly left a voice message asking me to contact them - neglecting to mention that their offices close at 17h00!
