No response to query since 15 august 2013!!!

My husband Matten Moses is a prestige customer of standard bank. We send a query regarding a cooling period for our homeloan instalments for 6months as confirmed per email by [Email Removed] on 13 August 2013 that they only need a motivational letter which we had to send to [Email Removed] which we send on 13 of august 2013. Since then we have been following up and at first they said that they are handling the query. Only on 9 January 2014 when phoning again they told us that the query was closed as my husband said he was in hospital and couldn't talk. My husband never got so much as a phonecall ever and immediatly after that they said a manager Mr Andre van Straten will contact my husband as he was busy with the query. After phoning again today they gave the details of Mr Andre van Straten the manager after explaining the query again. They then said that our homeloan instalments must first be in arrears before aplying for cooling period of 6months on our instalments! Mr van Straten never answers and no feedback since 15 August 2013 has ever been given. My husband is seriously thinking to move his account.
