I don't want the platinum account

Im very frustrated with FNB, firstly they activated the Platinum account when i said i was going to think about it and i have been trying to cancel it since last year. i went to the randburg branch on Main and spk to Tshepo who told me that i couldnt downgrade bcoz i needed to do it at my branch. I went to my branch in sandton and was told that my ID was not registered and they couldnt downgrade me. I gave them my ID and they still didnt downgrade me. I went back about 4 times and nothing happened. instead i keep on getting sms that i must come and collect my card and i dont want to be on Platinum i cant afford it. R10000 was debited from my account in December and when i called to query such bank charges they couldnt explain. in Jan R5000 was taken when my salary was paid into my account and my Car installment and alot of debit orders bounced twice in December and now in Jan 2014. i dont want to do or say for you guys to put me back to the Gold cheque account. my account is already on minus of the orverdraft of which i was told that i can pay it off unless i pay in the whole amount at once. i am not happy at all and the calls from the automated service, they never answer my cals.
