ON 11 JUNE 2012 INSTRUCTIONS WAS GIVEN TO DOWNGRADE FNB ACCOUNT 62016550578 FROM A FNB GOLD CHEQUE ACCOUNT TO AN NORMAL CARD ACCOUNT .I WENT BACK TO THE BANK ON 11 OF SEPT 2012 TO CHECK AND FOUND THAT IT WAS STILL NOT CHANGED.I PUT IN ANOTHER REQUEST TO DOWNGRADE.I WENT BACK TO THE BANK ON THE 9TH JANUARY 2013 AND FOUND THAT THIS WAS NOT DONE.I PUT IN ANOTHER REQUEST TO DOWNGRADE .I AM DISGUSTED THAT SUCH A SIMPLE REQUEST HAS TAKEN OVER 7 MONTHS AND NOTHING HAS YET BEEN DONE
