FNB ARREAR ACCOUNT'S - trying to make payment

I have sent multiple messages, made multiple calls to FNB - was told to go to my branch who's ticketing service was not working, to get in contact with someone at Fnb so that I may work out some solution to my accounts in arrears. I desperately want to be kept credit clean and need help... Please call :(
