Good morning,

I have sent multiple, detailed emails to various people and have tried to call direct lines in your accounts department multiple times, but am yet to receive a response or the numbers simply didn't work.

This is unacceptable!! How is it that your organisation's employees are allowed to simply not do their jobs!?

Money is now sitting in the UNISA bank account but no allocation to student accounts/numbers has occured!!

You should be embarrassed, and so should your accounts people...
