I'm really getting aggravated with FNB right now for the lack of data integrity & poor synergy between departments. Consultants at branch level seems not too furnished with sufficient information relating to accounts and overall knowledge of their designated job. As a customer you get fed with piece of information from the branch and then you get the next person calling you from the head office telling you something completely different. Then we start on a clean slate with the head office and agree to certain terms and conditions, and make decisions upon what we have agreed on ONLY to get the same person to deliver completely different information to you 3 months later when you think you've been doing well as per initial agreement. At first it was Tshepang at Bankcity who opened multiple personal loans when I initially requested for a revolving loan (as per STD BANK), and he told me FNB doesn't have that type of service only to find later that there is when I was already swamped in multiple personal loans. Then there was Sakhiwo who gives me certain information then I act upon it only to discover that my account stance is worsened when Welhemina calls with different info. ENOUGH!!!
