Standard Bank's Unethical Credit

I was appalled when Standard Bank joined my trading as account with cc Account of the same name from another branch and suddenly all my banking information was available to a complete stranger. This rectified in the bank, but some of my contact details remained on the other person's account. The person is now is arrears and may have died and my details have been handed over to a call centre which has been hounding us and our family have the outstanding amount. This is gross injustice from a bank.
