BAD SERVICE!!!

Mine and my boyfriends apartment was broken into. One of the items that was was a diamond ring. I was very helpful and patient regarding the process and tried to assist as best as I could.
It is now three months later, and everything was paid out excepting my ring. I had supplied everything regarding the receipt and the contact details of the person who had given me the ring.

I have sent e-mails to the consultant of Orico (appointed by Indwe) to query this matter to which the consultant had said I only provided a quotation - which is completely untrue. I supplied a quotation, the actual receipt and the certificate of the ring. I have to go back and do their job to get my ring back.
My privacy has been envaded and a precious item and yet I have to do their job to get my ring back. We make monthly payments and im sure that if we were to default on payments, I would hear from Indwe. I am still waiting on a managing member of Indwe to contact me to explain this poor service delivery.

I did my part as I know people abuse the system however when you work hard for the things you have - this is completely unacceptable.
I am taking this matter further!!!
