Poor Customer Service for Premier banking Clients!

I want to switch my Homeloan/bond from ABSA to FNB (all my accounts is at FNB and I'm an FNB Premier Account holder). I also want to register a further loan for home improvements.

Ever since my 1st call to FNB (21st January 2013) for assistance up until now I haven't receive any joy!
I have sent mail to Magauta on the 28 January with question on the process and only got feedback after 5 days, after I had to send another mail reminding her to give me feedback.

then When I started completing the forms, It wasn't all clear to me. I again sent her mail (4 January) for mor clarity and up until now I haven't received any feedback.

Not sure why FNB offer premier banking assistance if the customer service is of this nature.
Not even sure if I should go ahead with my bond switch; if it take this long to get assistance in the documentation phase who know how long the actual application and switch would take!!!

I'm not even an ABSA client but the initial homeloan process was so seamless and the service was of high standard, I cannot say the same from FNB

All I can say, I'm very disappointed!
