On 5 March 2013 my Financial Advisor submitted a written request with all the relevant detail to Momentum.
To date no changes have been affected.

I also logged a complaint (3 May 2013) with momentum online, see copy of complaint receipt verification:

"Thank you for your email. Your query has been received and we are currently investigating the matter.
A copy of this query has also automatically been forwarded to our Compliance Officer for record purposes. We are committed to the speedy resolution of your query. Should you however not receive a response from us within 24 hours, please contact our Operations Department on 011 485 7391 for assistance. Thank you."

So according to momentums response, 24 hours have come and gone with no contact. If this is the level of service that I as a loyal momentum customer can expect going forward, I would rather change to a more professional financial institution who actually provides CUSTOMER SERVICE. The worst of all is that momentum is going to charge me R250 per transaction once they actually get around to doing something, PATHETIC!
