3G Data Rewards - nobody's responsibility???

After several weeks of trying to get answers to my query on 3G data that should be provided free, according to my interpretation of the documentation, I still cannot find a department shouldering responsibility for dealing with this.

According the document on the FNB website [URL Removed] on page 13, it states that 3G data is "exclusive to FNB Tablet, Smarphone or Laptop Contract holders".

It shows a table with ADSL in the left column (obtained via FNB Connect), and in the right column simply states "3G Data" with no mention of FNB Connect anywhere related to it.

Since this table is linked to reward levels 1-5, automatically ebucks come to mind.

I call the ebucks department, and they finger the FNB Connect department as its a data thing. Call the FNB Connect dept, and they finger the SmartDevice dept, as its linked to the SmartDevice plan. Call the SmartDevice dept, and they say they only deal with devices, and its a ebucks thing.

On page 6 of that pricing guide, it states clearly "free monthly 3G data", with no mention of FNB Connect.

Either this is false advertising, or really incompetent service!!!
