FICA???

Yesterday morning just after 10h00 I was at your Oudtshoorn branch with the prospect of opening an account with you. I went there with my ID in hand with registered proof of address and was told that according to FICA one cannot use the specific address on one's ID document as registered proof of adress. Pray tell then how am I ever going to be able to open an account with you as my fiancee and I only have 2 accounts? Both are forwarded to my email address and no, I do not have a municipal accouint as where I rent I have pre paid electricity and my water is included in the rent. Seems like I'll never be able to open an account with you then?
