I'd been on hold for a while & the irritating guy who speaks while your holding - as it seems Miway doesn't have "hold" music - was beginning to annoy me & affecting my mood even more than the traffic this morning already had. My call was then answered by Lukeane, who was having system issues of which happens from time to time but he took the time to find out why I was calling so that he already knew what my query was instead of just keeping silent. When it comes to insurance I do not prefer doing any changes online myself & was dreading calling the call centre as last time I had been on the phone for almost an hour to add 1 item & didn't even get my policy documents sent to me, so had to call back the next day & request something which was suppose to be sent already. I think that came across in the call when talking to Lukeane but I appreciate the way in which he communicated as well as his efficiency despite my mood. He maintained a positive attitude, was courteous & was probably smiling too, throughout the call. Needless to say I was not on the phone forever & had spoken to someone who has now changed my perception about updating my details with Miway.
