Absolutely Useless Service and No Callback

I am trying to cancel my policy as i have sold my old vehicle and my motormend warranty still has About 20 out of the 24 months left so i am requesting to cancel the policy and get paid out for the remainder of the contract as stated in the contract as i have never claimed from them. I have phoned and been told someone will phone me but no one has and i have emailed multiple times. If this is not sorted out i will be taking this further with the comsumer council. I will definately not recommend this policy to anyone
