I requested the call center to cancel a top up cover on a vehicle I financed through ABSA. This request was requested beginning of June 2013. End June they deducted another payment and then I had to log a complaint again and then the responsible person Naydene made a promised that she will make sure that the money will be paid back to me because the call center agent cancelled the wrong cover. She then told me that it is to late to stop the next debit order but she will make sure the next day that she personally will look at the deduction and that she will make sure that my money will be transfer back into my account. My money are still not refunded back to me. I have receive my next statement and the amount is still reflecting. From then I am not getting any feedback from her. She is not available and she is not responding to my emails that was send to her. This is my second vehicle financed through ABSA and both times I had endless problems. After this vehicle I will never finance my vehicles through them again.
