Outsurance not rendering service at all!

I've recently joined Outsurance after having been referred to them by a friend who was really happy with their service.

What a huge disappointment!

After having been in a light accident on Friday and calling them repeatedly to have my car towed, I STILL haven't heard from them! What is this? I have to travel to and from training as I'm an Olympic athlete, but I am now inconvenienced and nothing is being done about it. I seriously consider cancelling my policy.
