Still no solution

I think outsurance can be glad that I can only complain about them once every 5days, my claim is still not sorted out, Olympic panelaters that's supposed to fix my car was not notified that it will only be in this week?? after I asked the so called legal department girl Leanne Banda to just make sure that olympic gets notified that they know about the situation??? still didn't happen, olympic phoned me and asked me what's going on with my claim??? anybody that thinks about taking outsurance as there insurer should think again.

This is absolutely the worst service I have ever had... they and Miway should get rewards for the worst insurers ever...
