I have now been waiting for over 2 months for Nedbank to get back to me with a request. As far as I know they were investigating the matter. I have requested the issue be escalated 4 times. I am still to talk to a competent person about my issue.

All considered, they have the audacity to call me on a Saturday to enquire when I will be making a payment. I said that I will not be making a payment until I receive a call from a person who is able to assist me.

At this point the wheel might have turned sufficiently for me to be able to settle the account. I would like to engage in some request that are still outstanding. But it would seem as thought this is far too much to ask. Maybe I will get a response before the end of this year.
