Billed twiced although arrangements were made!

Hi, i am utterly disappointed with African Bank, I do understand that i am in arrears and i did make arrangements with a consultant in November for a monthly instalment of 350r to be deducted, Further more my arrangements was made for month end but african bank deducted on the 14th of december without notifying me and there was no funds in my account so i got charge for those reverse fee this is costing me, then a deduction of 350r goes out on the 19th of december and again on the 2nd of January without my contsent! I did call the credit department from the 2nd n no feedback as provided to me! An arrangement was made and the reason why i was in arrears was because i made a settlement on my loan account! This is very dissapointing as the money i had in my account was to be use for my transport knowing that my debit goes off end of the month! Yolindi was suppose to take this up to management because 1consultant told me they do not do credit refund on credit cards and that my account was in arrears but i did make arrangement and no 1 is acknowdling that!
