I would like to compliment Zanile on helping me with my 1st claim last week with FFW. She was so humble and took time to understand my request and advised me on what to do in order for FFW to help me as i had no clue what to do. I actually delayed in sending her back the information she requested but she followed up with me and reminded me of which other companies don't do. I rate her 10/10.

I'll be moving my house hold insurance to FFW as well as they have proven to me that their customers matters.
