Outsurance
R400 back deal - does not happen!

I asked Outsurance to give me a quote on my car insurance with the promise of a R400 reward if they couldn't beat it.

After spending 30 mins on the phone they came to the conclusion that at the same excess, my car insurance would in fact be R200 more expensive.

They did not mention that they owe me R400 and ask for my banking details to hold up to their part of the deal.

I expect R400 paid to me, not to be difficult, but because people shouldn't advertise false promises and rewards.
