False Advertising

Good day, last week Friday i did the quote with one of the service people at Out Surance. It took him 45 min to take down all my details. After everything was done, he gave me a quote that was more expensive than what i am currently paying. He said he will give the quote to his Manager to see if they can beat my current insurance or they will pay the R400. I phoned this morning as i haven't heard anything yet. Now i get told sorry you were paid last year, you cant get R400 again. It is not my fault if you guys cant beat the quote or pay the R400. Why do you advertise this if it isn't true? I have a policy with Out Surance and i feel that i want to cancel it due to your lack of service. How can i change insurance to a company that has false promises and that is always more expensive. Check your rates before advertising.
