I transferred money into my African bank credit card a week ago and it is still not showing. I phoned them on Friday and sent the proof of payment, I have sent 4 emails to them including the consumer advocate and no one has responded. I have phoned the call centre and no one can help me!!! They just keep telling me to wait 48 hours or they are sending an email, when I want to talk to a supervisor they cant or CUT THE CALL! I am so disgusted in their lack of customer service and assistance. They sent me a message on Friday saying they received my money but they are telling me I have to wait until Wednesday for it to be allocated to my account...
I am so appalled by their level of service, it is so frustrating.
