African Bank has an audecity to send their customers sms telling them that their monthly payments will be withdrawn on the 13th December?
when I call to enquire, I am told they contacted my employer to find out when is my salary paid into my account? didnt they ask that when I took the credit card? which day do they usually debit my account?
when I enquired from my employer, no one from AB has called in..why are they doing this? do they want to recycle our cc repayments? do they need money to loan to potential customers during December? what is the whole lie, act or are they running.
dont even try to call their complaints dept (consumer advocate), they never answer the phones..african bank?
