What's about this?

I requested that I add on another beneficiary for my life cover, the financial advisor sent through the documents which I signed and sent back. Then Tshepiso Sekwakwa representing Momentum emails me back to say that I must sign three times in front of a commissioner of oats because the signature doesn't seem the same as when I first signed the documents about a year ago. Look at the inconvenience caused on my side and I don't have time to take off work to follow these ridiculous instructions. Now I received another email from Olen Jones stating the same thing the previous person instructed me to do. At the end of the day all I'm doing is asking my mother to be added on as a beneficiary for my life cover, what's about this? You guys just sit there behind a computer and make ridiculous requests but don't understand the consequences.
