Need to know whats happening

On tuesday the 28th jan 2014 a guy from fnb came back to me regarding my issue of my account thats still not closed from 2012 and he said that everything would be sorted out, on the 29th jan 2014 a lady called me saying that someone trying to make a deposit into that same acc of a R100 and how i understood her is that fnb is going to write off my temp loan but my account thats in the minus were it is anyway fnbs fault due to they did not close the account like i told them in 2012 and they left it open to pill up with fees that was a problem for her and said they might put me on itc if that happens due to fnbs mistakes that they want me to pay then i will take it further with my lawyers with legalwise. This is a very urgent matter for me that i need to be solved immediately
