Credited my account within five days

I took a temporary loan at online banking on the 26 dec 2013, without any notification the bank credited my account on another deposit that I received on the 2nd Jan 2014. I called and spoke to prudence and she refused to help me, as I told her that my understanding of this loan was to credit my account on the 2nd Feb 2014. its been a while since I took it and she said I have took it before so she cant help me. and I have never experienced this problem with this product before. if I have known that I would have surely made other arrangements for my deposit.. Please assist. I don't have a problem paying it off at the end of the month as agreed.
