Cannot open account

I want to invest a considerable amount of money, and thought it best to open an account with Capitec. I have a set of documents that I use for Fica purposes due to the fact that I was divorced and re-married. My property and the Municipal account is still in my previous surname. Therefore I use my id, with my divorce papers en marriage certificate for Fica purposes. I used these for my bank accounts at Standardbank and FNB, and also bought another property last year using the same documents.
My first attempt to open an account at Capitec failed due to line problems. With the second attempt, I forgot to bring the whole set of documents - I was told to bring my divorce paper - I returned with that and the whole package... Then I was told to have my property and the Municipal account registered to my name first...

Is this the way to treat a customer who wants to invest a considerable amount of money?
