I called MS Life on the 30th of December 2013 regarding the lapsing of a funeral policy. The Consultant that answered the phone was unable to help me since their systems, accordingly to her, Was offline. She didn't seem eager to help me in the same place.

Dissatisfied with the service I received, I requested information on the registration of a complaint via e-mail The enquiry was forwarded to Bridgette Ngobeni on the 30th of December 2013. To date I have received no written response from MS Life.

Disillusioned with the service from MS Life I made another call to the call centre. They informed me to that my policy lapsed due to non-payment of the premiums. It was pointed out to me that I should have received correspondence from MS Life. I received nothing.

I was promised that information would be forwarded to me on the product offering of MS Life. I provided my e-mail address. None of the information reached me.

It was a pleasure being associated with MS Life in the past. None of that excellence has remained, which is a great disappointment to me.
