Poor customer service

My concern is why do you say your Saturday operating hours start from 8:00 to 13:00 but last time i was here at 12:00 and was told the consultant is done for the day and today i arrive at 8:30 and get told i will only be serviced at 9:00 even though am the first in the queue and i ask the rude african receptionist who didnt even greet me chewing a gum who does it work and she responded with i dont know who is suppose to know, i have been twice to this branch but am really dissatisfied with their service. Please do something with your service.
