Bad Service After Waiting for more than 30 minutes

Me and my heavily pregnant wife walked into Old Mutual's Phumlani Branch in Tembisa and the receptionist told us to have a seat and we will be help by the consultant in cubicle 10. There were more than 3 consultants working there and only one was actually doing all the work. After waiting for more then 30 minutes the lady in cubicle 10 was so rude and her customer service stank. She didn't even greet us and we felt unwelcome. Unfortunatley she had hidden her name tag and couldnt see who she was.

As a result of her behavior me and my wife have decided not to use Old Mutual any longer. We will invest our monies else where. At least we know that we wont be getting such rubbish service.
