Unproffessional behaviour from Standard Bank

I called your customer care line to report an incorrect fee and after waiting and choosing options 7 and then 4 I was connected to an operator who made some sort of funny noise and then disconnected me.
I don't know if it is your procedure to employ clowns at Standard Bank but as a customer I find this behaviour totally unacceptable and childish.
