Failure to pay a claim

My uncle passed away so as the claimant and beneficiary went to submit all documents required from me that was 24 January 2014. The lady at Louis trichadt brunch assured me that my claim will be finalised within 48hrs, as normally with the funeral undertakers. On Saturday 26 January 2014 I got am sms sating my claim is being asessed. I waited the whole week for thier "24hr " until the Thursday 30th of January, whereby a receptionist at the Louis trichadt brunch told me they have done thier part to provide everything to thier head quarters in Pretoria.

My uncle is dead and buried now but my claim ain't processed.
